Waffle House

If management doesn't have cameras with sound they need to get them!! The atmosphere was not worth of a star. True let down for Waffle House. Vulgar language coming from these young girls and the physical harassment and bullying toward other employees. This was my first and only time I will eat at this establishment. Omelette was burnt, grits dry and toast cold, but hey the young man that served me kept my coffee coming and it was hott and fresh, so that young man got an A for performance.

Been here 5 times now and the service and food were spot on! Very warm food and very delicious. This place has no negative issues at all. Everything about this place is 5 ⭐️ ratings! These men and women here do their very best and have the sweetest attitudes. Great location!

3 STRIKES AND YOU ARE OUT!!! (1st) Stopped for lunch while out shopping and we were sat us at a sticky table, handed us sticky menus and the server was absent!! (2nd) We stooped in for a late diner, ordered a chicken sandwich. Good thing I looked at it, because it was RAW! Server was again, sub-par! (3rd) Again, stopped for lunch while out shopping and ordered a burger with hash browns. Asked for cheese on my hash browns, got none! Burger had onions and I asked them to be left off. When I sent it back for correction, they made it wrong AGAIN! Waitress was very disconnected and asked us to pay before we got our food…due to her shift ending… I know it’s Waffle House, but I also know there is supposed to be a standard to their restaurant and service which I don’t believe is being upheld!!

The service was awful she left us sitting while talking with her friend when we finally asked for our drinks no straw toast was cold when we finally got it left out our waffle her friend was spewing profanity like she was at a hot house. No tip for her the morning crew was awful.

Order the steak T bone med hint of pink. Steak was cooked well done couldn’t even eat it also bought breakfast platter and the sausage was not on my plate. Spent 35$ and couldn’t eat it. Also it was a take out order didn’t even know til I was home 20 minutes away.
