Wabi Sabi

Happen to be in the area and decided to stop here. Such a great experience both the service and the food was amazing. The sushi was so fresh and I truly enjoyed every bite. I will definitely be back.

Wabisabi is such a hidden gem for comfort food. The don katsu here is absolutely delicious — perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. The breading has the right crunch, and the meat is cooked just right without being greasy. The portion size is generous, and it comes out fresh and hot every time. On top of that, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the service is always friendly and attentive. You can really tell they put care into both the food and the overall dining experience. If you’re craving a satisfying and well-made don katsu, Wabisabi is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Food was excellent. My 7 year old says they deserve a Google of stars. Drinks were very good too the shiso bourbon has a great citrus after taste. We highly recommend it. The chicken meatball skewers were so flavorful it tastes like being at a matsuri. You should defiantly have this place on your must try lists!

Fantastic place to chill out and have a great dining experience. The decor is inviting and artistic. The food offerings are unique and flavorful as well as the beautifully crafted cocktails which are out of this world. I could see (and taste!) how the owners infused a lot of care and freshness into every item. I was blown away by the delicious offerings and can’t wait to come back and try more. I only have some pictures of what I ate because I pretty much devoured everything that was put in front of me right away. Thank you for having us! 💛

Atmosphere was ambient, chill, and with good music. A great casual date spot away from the hustle and bustle of Blue Back. The food was also great! We loved the Pork Gyoza. The chicken bacon and pork belly skewers were good. We also had two rice bowls, the Fried Pork Katsu and the Kaisen Don. They were both amazing. Would definitely recommend!!!
