I have a hard time leaving a lower review because she food is in fact good. But you definitely need to have some training on the folks that answer the phone . I order pizza often and have never ever had someone hang up on me. I asked if i could get a sheet pizza to be ready within an hour well aware it was last minute and understood it may not be possible. I said ok thankyou anyway deciding to not wait for a different time available. And the woman on the other end said "fine! Hangup! " Like what??? I called back no one answered. (They said the phone didnt ring) lol i called back on another phone and low and behold they answered. I did get an apology from another person and also numerous excuses as to what happened. I get we all have bad days but i am honestly shocked at the rudeness. I c

Got italian grinder and it was excellent. They don't make them like this down south or up north for that matter. Had to come back home to relive the good old days with a grinder from Vocaturas. Thanks for being around all these years.

I love that place. However, lately I am starting to wonder. This is the 3rd time my grinders have been messed up. I told the younger girl my order, she then placed me on hold so she could back and get my mom’s order. When I went to pick up my order my moms was perfect but mines I was upset (highly) and I was also sharing with a friend. I have a condition I cannot eat tomatoes. I called and told them what happened, she said sorry about that she will make it for me. I said that’s fine. Then I looked at the grinder and said I cannot eat it. My friend had already started to eat her half. I told her I would need it back. So I went back to the store. When I got there my sandwich was not what I asked for and on top of it, it looks like it was made out of anger. I get tuna, white American, extra
