D'Elia's Bakery & Grinder Shop

I ordered a salami grinder there a few weeks ago and it was absolutely delicious! The bread is light as air, the meats of excellent quality, and the owners were so friendly! I was by myself and sat down to eat my sandwich and felt so comfortable there. Today I am going there to try their meatball grinder and am really looking forward to it. I drive from Columbia to get there and it is well worth the ride!

We just moved to norwich a few months ago, and came upon this gem! The service is great-ran by a husband and wife. The grinders...AMAZING!! They make their own bread and its delicious! My boyfriend SWEARS by the meatball(which I'm personally picky with homemade meatballs, and I LOVED them!) My personal go to is the Italian! With anything you get though is well worth it and the prices are very reasonable! People are very willing to stand in line and patiently wait for these outstanding grinders. I visited this grinder spot after my boyfriend mentioned it was fantastic, and I was eager to try it out. Unfortunately, the grinder I ordered was quite salty, which made it difficult to fully enjoy. On a positive note, the bread was soft and delicious, and the shop itself had a charming atmosphere. Overall, it was a nice little place worth checking out!

Saw this little spot driving through the area. We are new to town. I had an excellent meatball grinder from this place. Can you believe they have been around 100 years?!? With food this delicious, they will be around 100 more! Definitely making this a regular spot. Awesome fresh bread!
