ViVi Pho Arapahoe

The pho here is phenomenol. Better than the competitors around. Their location is a bit hidden, but its a hidden gem. Service was excellent and they provide steamed bean sprouts and vinegar onions. The broth was clear, the brisket tender.

Honestly best pho I've had in a while. Drive here from Parker just to get it. Everything has really good flavor. Definitely try the spicy brisket if you like spicy

The decor and puns are bright and endearing. Food was good, we went here instead of the Indian place because we didn’t realize there was a food truck situation going on after they had some kind of fire. Anyway, food was great and the setting was enjoyable. I liked it pho real!

Beast pho that I have found in the Denver area. Lots of flavor! Will definitely be back!

This place is incredible! The bowls are huge!! I really didn’t expect how big the large was going to be, and the prices are very reasonable (the photo of our bowls was taken after we already had eaten a lot and it looked like we barely ate). The staff is so friendly. Definitely recommend this place. We were just passing through on our travels and are so happy we stopped here to eat. We will definitely have this restaurant on our itinerary every time we visit Colorado. Thank you!!
