Outstanding. I needed a steam pipe replacement for my 20 year old Cimbali jr machine and Rudy had exceptional knowledge and patience to help me find a solution. The manufacturers at Cimbali essentially told me to replace the machine, as parts are no longer kept in stock. Rudy found the specs and parts I needed to fabricate the pipe and compression fittings to fit my machine. 10/10 recommended for creative and effective solutions to unique espresso tech problems. When others tell you it's a lost cause, don't give up. Folks like Rudy at Cafe parts can be your saving grace.
