Vito's Pizza and Subs Wernerts Corners

Went out about a week ago with one of my friends for lunch and did not have a very good experience, the service was very slow and the manager, a 5’8 bigger man with facial hair and glasses, seemed to not be paying attention to his staff, he was on his phone for the entirety of the time it took for us to get our food. While we waited, I went to use the bathroom and it smelled disgusting in there, it stunk so bad I just decided to hold it in. I had ordered a deep dish with mushrooms, green peppers, and extra cheese. My friend had paid for us and we took it home, when I opened the box I found the mushrooms had smelled and looked off, and trying to eat it made my stomach feel weird. I wasn’t sick and haven’t gotten ill, but just the texture tasted way off from normal, and it put me off. Safe t

Pizza was greasy and not even lukewarm. The one manager (i believe his name is carey) seemed to not even be engaged in work and everytime a customer went up to order the crew members had to call him up to use the register. He was either not in the scene or in the bathroom most of the time. (not the crew members fault) He also didnt smell very pleasant at all. Bathrooms are FILTHY by the way. There was feces on the toilet. Not in. ON.

My food was amazing! It was a free specialty pizza for my birthday. Of course, I had to order more stuff, but they were friendly and attentive

We are not from Ohio and this was our First time trying Vino’s Pizza and honestly, it was disappointing. The delivery guy had grease all over his arm from the boxes. When the pizzas arrived, the bottoms of the boxes were soaked in oil (see picture). The pizza itself was way too greasy and we had to use paper towels just to soak it up. Definitely not what we expected. We have it over the sink just so the grease could leak in there.

Love the restaurant but these were like overly toasted bread with marinara sauce and a nugget of whatever piece of meat was identifiable enough to call meat.... 😢
