Vita Bella Italiano Ristorante

Can’t say enough great things about this restaurant! Went yesterday for a triple date and we all had a great time. Went yesterday and we were greeted by the owner upon arrival which was a nice touch. Our section was in the cozy part of the restaurant called the speak easy. The speak easy was intimate and really cute with great music coming through the speakers. Most of the table ordered the chicken Parmesan, I got the chicken piccata, and another guest ordered the steak. The chicken parm was a sight! It was huge, covered in cheese and sauce. I had a bite of it and can attest to it being tasty. The chicken piccata came with mashed potatoes, and broccoli. I also added a side of pasta prepared in the cheese wheel table side. 10/10 no notes. The food is delicious! We love this place! It is not a fast dining experience though. Rather, it is a great place to enjoy a bottle of wine and spend an evening with friends or family. Every dish we have tried has been top notch and the tiramisu is heaven!

My husband and I shared a wonderful evening at Vita Bella. The chicken parmesan was one of the best I’ve had. My chicken was perfectly cooked and so flavorful. They have a delightful cocktail menu which I really enjoyed. Our table got the perfect amount of attention. We liked our experience so much that we brought our son back for dinner shortly after. The food, service and atmosphere is consistently amazing. Next time we’re going to check out the Sugar Room!

I don’t live in Mt. Horeb, Vita Bella was definitely worth the drive! Our table was decorated tastefully and soft jazz was being played by a wonderful musician in our space. The staff was professional and attentive to our questions and needs throughout the night. Our appetizer (bruschetta) came quickly and was delicious with our house wine. My entree was generous in size, I had lunch the next day too. The Pazzesco was savory and seasoned perfectly. If you’re looking for a quiet date night with wonderful service and yummy Italian cuisine. I suggest a drive out to Mt. Horeb and try Vita Bella.

A welcome addition to the Mt Horeb culinary scene. The server was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The typical appetizers for an Italian dinner: bruschetta and calamari. Both were prepared well, had nice presentation, and tasted very good. The calamari was not chewy (overcooked) and had just the right amount of crunch coating. The bruschetta was fresh tasting, and I liked the bits of mozzarella in with the tomatoes. For entrees, let's start with the chicken parmigiana. First off, it looked huge, overflowing the plate. That's because it was pounded so thin. Besides there being a bit too much breading, it was nicely seasoned and tasted real good. The lobster risotto was tender, sweet, and buttery.
