Vista Clara Coffee

Heard about this place from our barista. I happened to come on a day the plant was not functioning 100%. Very cool to see the plant through windows in the waiting area! Although they were having difficulty in was still able to make my first purchase. More expensive than what the web site claimed, but amazing freshness!

I recently visited Vista Clara Coffee for the first time to try some new beans. I have an at home espresso machine, and had previously been buying beans from a coffee stand in my area. I noticed the beans they were selling me were over 2 months old. On the hunt for fresh beans, I found Vista Clara and decided to go try it out. While they didn't have a way for me to sample blends on site, the owner Dave sent my husband and I home with two sample blends that were roasted that morning, free of charge. This is hands down the best cup of coffee I've ever made. Their signature blend is smooth, with no biter aftertaste. Your amazing customer service and confidence in your product has gained a customer for life! I cant wait to go back and buy more beans. Support your local coffee roaster!

Spotted Vista Clara through coffeereview and was happy to have purchased the recommended Costa Rican coffee. The coffee has tasted great brewed three different ways (drip, French Press, Moka Pot), and I anticipate becoming a repeat customer.

We have buying all of our coffee from them since we discovered them a few years back via an article in the local paper. Excellent choice, Excellent customer service. Friendliest owners and staff! We used to visit the store monthly to pick up our coffee. Now we live in south-central Washington so we have it shipped. It is just that good!

I'm impressed by the quality and price of coffee from Vista Clara. It may not be the best coffee I had, but those coffee are 3 times or 5 times of price here. I usually drink coffee from European (my favorite roaster is Hr Higgins in UK), most American coffee to me are too dark and bold. But I think Vista Clara coffee has its unique American character while balanced flavor, aroma and strength. It's very solid coffee which you can drink in any occasions and either way to brew it (tried with pour over and french press) to get a delicious and tasteful coffee, while other "better" coffee either requires a special way to brew it or they are not as balanced as Vista Clara's coffee.
