Vintner Grill

I had dinner with friends at Vintner Grill and it was absolutely delicious! We started with the crab cakes, octopus, and calamari — all were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. For the main course, I had the sea bass, which was outstanding. The service was excellent and attentive, and the ambiance was warm and pleasant. A great spot for a night out with friends or a special dinner!

I made the reservation for my birthday and they didn't disappoint. Our server Jeff brought over fresh baked bread. We ordered the pan seared crab cakes and roasted cauliflower soup for appetizers. It was just okay, but my lamb bolognese was outstanding! Also ordered crab ravioli which was good but my husband wasn't too impressed. Later on, our server Jeff told us we should have said something right away and he would have made sure we were blown away with all our choices. He brought over a complimentary chocolate cake that not only looked pretty but was excellent. My blueberry crush cocktail was good as well. They made my birthday a great experience. We will definitely come back.

I made a reservation to celebrate my birthday and was looking forward to experiencing your restaurant for the first time. I truly enjoyed the food, presentation, and overall atmosphere. The host was wonderful, and the dishes — especially the main course — were excellent. However, I was quite disappointed with the service from my server, and I would like to share my experience so it can be improved for future guests. Our server, an older gentleman, did not introduce himself, which was fine, but during the ordering process he repeatedly paused our conversation to assist another table and speak with the busser, even though the busser was already handling the situation. This restaurant forgot what fine dining is. Server ignored us, multiple times. Entree was decent. Antipasti good, nice cheese and meat selection. Beautiful bread. Sommelier wine selection is top tier. But the server was so bad. Bus boys killed it though.

Hidden gem inside a first class office park in Summerlin. Just off W Charleston, it’s an easy drive near 215, with ample parking. Beautiful landscaped exterior that transforms from an office park to a fine dining establishment. I attended a work banquet dinner and enjoyed the entire experience. Refined, pretty atmosphere - great for business or date night. I loved how wide and comfortable the seats were. I really felt good enough to relax and connect with people through the night as I tried numerous appetizers like the calamari and charcuterie. Dinner was a delicious salmon meal and I even shared shrimp from a steak meal my neighbor had. I also got a sample of the bolognese and it was exquisite.
