Talk about a gem of a place. Wow. Hats off to Christine, Dave and our server Lori. Plus a fast kitchen. Super good food. The old school menu, old school charm & prices that are super fair, with generous portions. Truly felt like an episode of the Andy Griffith show. Senior citizens, Veterans, Families. Pinch of a backstory. We we're at Great Lakes National Cemetery yesterday for a loved ones internment. I wanted to treat my guests to lunch and this is only 4 minutes away so I figured why not? This was the first time I ever been to this restaurant. The food is average. The weight staff is horrible except the older lady that works there. I had the younger brunette waitress. With the nose ring and she made me. I feel like she really didn't even want to wait on me. She made me feel rushed because she wanted to get back into the kitchen and start messing around with her friends in there. I will no longer come back to this restaurant.

First experience was dining in and a rude waitress and over charging and made to feel like your awful person for wanting what was on the menu. Second experience was carryout and not much better. Rude telephone experience just trying to make the order. Food was ok but to complete the experience was being ripped off. Menu states you get two patties for dinner so you charge dinner pricing but only give 1. Not sure I will give a 3rd chance.

My family has been enjoying Villagers Restaurant for the last 12 years. The food is always amazing, the service friendly and prices are reasonable. If you haven't checked out this gem in Holly, try them today! My family recommends the wet burritos, we each like it slightly different but we all LOVE them!

The service was on point. The atmosphere was peaceful. The cook was accommodating. I have a special diet and he made sure that I was completely satisfied. The raspberry vinaigrette was super good. The only complaint was I order tea and it did not stay hot at all . But for the most part I would definitely recommend this place. It’s a little tucked away by a great find.
