Village Peddler Restaurant and store

I hadn’t eaten here in a long while and thought I’d give it a try again. I ordered a club sandwich and pizza soup to go. The sandwich was delicious and I enjoyed the fresh fruit on the side. Pea pasta salad isn’t my thing but it’s not bad. The pizza soup was a weird idea to me, they were out of the tomato soup which is what I really wanted. Surprised that I actually liked the pizza soup. Everything tasted homemade and I’d definitely try again.

I absolutely enjoyed my creamy potato soup today. The atmosphere was kinda old but welcoming. The service was okay. The ladies were very nice.

Todd catered our wedding dinner, and everything was perfect. He was flexible, detail oriented, and so creative with his ideas! Everything was delicious!! Thank you so much, Todd!

We came in for an early lunch on a Monday and were immediately greeted by the smell of freshly baked bread upon entering . There were 3 homemade soups available, two salad specials, and a panini along with a varied menu that surprisingly included several quiches. I had an Asian chicken salad and my husband had a club sandwich. Both were excellent and the service was both friendly and prompt. The decor was quaint and comfortable though not contemporary. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to browse the charming store but will definitely be back.

My dad and I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. They had a chicken velvet soup that was so delicious. It was rich and creamy. They were very accommodating to my food allergy. The wait staff was attentive and very kind. My dad got a chicken salad sandwich which had a side of pasta salad and some chips. He didn't think he would eat the whole thing, but it was so delicious he ate every drop. There was a delicious looking pumpkin cream,but we had eaten so much we could not get the dessert
