Dream View

We there to try the chef's trio board with the filet, crab legs, and shrimp on a Sunday. I must have missed it or it wasn't advertised; but their menu selection is limited to the tavern food menu on Sundays. I was disappointed but figured we might as well stay and try something since we traveled 45 mins here. My wife and I got a giant pretzel with pepperoni and beer cheese. It was real good. Then we had a ceasar salad. It was ok. We ordered french onion soup and it was fantastic! It had a couple pieces of very tender meat. Then we had the nashville hot chicken sandwiches. It had Cole slaw and pickles on it. It was a decent size piece of chicken but it had no nashville flavor that I could taste. I couldn't taste any heat nor flavor. The waiter was very attentive and was great.

Service was not good. The food was incredible as always. We had a large group (15 people). The people at our table were constantly out of drinks and had to walk up to the bar multiple times to get something. It felt as though the server did not care at all as they were automatically getting 20% gratuity because it was a large group. This is exactly why I despise the automatic gratuity. It was not deserved. We couldn’t even get the basics. EDIT TO ADDRESS OWNER RESPONSE: Thank you for taking the time to read my review. To gaslight me and say that my honest "review doesn't reflect the service that was provided" is disturbing. I did not see you around our table, but I was actually there. My husband had to go to the bar to get a coke refilled twice, as we hadn't seen the server in over 20+

For lunch had great calamari, not overcooked. Beautiful salads with some amazing house dressing. Will definitely return. Service just a tad slow, but they had a huge baby shower going on in the other room. Very quiet, classy, beautiful view.

The food was outstanding and Rachel was a fantastic server. Atmosphere is a little dated but it seemed to fit the (I am assuming) normal clientele. Overall, we had a great dinner and I would eat there again in a heartbeat if we ever pass this way again.

Visiting with friends and they wanted us to try dream view. They had dined there before and said it was excellent. Well last night it was not! To start things off the server spilled my drink all over me. After cleaning up and getting a different chair we ordered our meals. Blackened salmon was ordered and anything but blackened. The mashed potatoes had an over abundance of salt and garlic to them. The baby potatoes were boiled and bland rather than having some type of seasoning to them. Thought it odd that no bread was brought to the table at any time. Overall it was just okay and you would have thought my second drink would have been complimentary as I wore the first one.
