Village Green Ice Cream

The ice-cream here is always good and especially refreshing after a long walk. It's nice trying some different flavors of ice cream other than the 8 or so Ben and Jerry's flavors Cumberland farms sells. Tastes better than Ben and Jerry's too. I especially love the fluffernutter Sundaes

Nice little ice cream place for people from Williamsburg and Haydenville. Have been coming here for 7 years. Amazing flavors and soft serve. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to get ice cream on their way to the Berkshires.

We love this little place! The staff are so nice. The ice cream is fantastic & the prices are very reasonable! They have a quaint little picnic area with a little gym for the kids. It is Definitely worth driving a little bit further to come here rather than spending 5 times as much in Northampton! Thank you Village Green! 🙂

I love Village Green normally. But yesterday we were out on the motorcycle and stopped for ice cream. First time this season forgot that they were cash only. We were 4 cents short, and they would not give us it. We were told there was an ATM in the center of town. Since we had to go get cash we just went somewhere else.

I’m sad to say that I can’t recommend this place. I’ve been several times and each time, the service and staff are horrendous. Living right down the road, I love supporting local businesses… this place though, it routinely disappoints. Every time I’ve been, I’ve had a bad experience. Once, I tried to get a quart of vanilla and chocolate ice cream but the staff refused to combine flavors. I offered to pay extra but my request was still denied without explanation. Another time, I purchased 3 quarts and a cup of ice cream to go. The ice cream to go came in a bowl, so I asked for an additional bowl to cover it with; the staff refused and told me the to-go container was a separate item. I then asked for a to-go container, which I had originally requested, and was told that once the ice cream wa
