First time at Village Burger and it was a great experience! Tried the fried chicken sandwich, the chicken piece was big, juicy, and perfectly crispy. Super satisfying and flavorful. We also ordered the wings with sweet chili sauce, which were really good. Fries were fresh and crispy, and the chipotle mayo made a great dip. Overall, solid comfort food and definitely a place I’d come back to!
2nd Visit: Got the Veggie Burger again. Requested the patty not to smashed down so it wont spill out of the bun and actually has a bite to the burger. The woodstock location does not smash down the patty. Despite the request the cook decided to smash the patty into a thin large disproportionate disc. The beans and rice were not cooked in the patty. It was not mashed into a patty. There was no flavor or structure. Just plain vegetables, rice and beans. The corn made it overly sweet. It does not make sense to have a large thin oversized patty on a tiny burger bun. They put two onion rings instead of a whole onion slice on the burger and 1 small piece of lettuce which is not even visible in the pic. The sauces were barely present. The blue cheese was barely present. It tasted like raw flou
Solid spot. Service was friendly. The vibe was relaxed, and the food hit the mark. I had the Village Burger with lettuce, tomato, fresh jalapeño, pickles, bacon, caramelized onion, mayo, and ketchup. It was really tasty. Onion rings on the side were crisp and full of flavor. Also got a kids’ burger with bacon and fries. No complaints there either. Good food, easy atmosphere. Would recommend.
What a FIND ‼️ Kudos to Daniela and Santiago‼️Their turkey burgers taste just like beef‼️One of the best most perfectly prepared burgers I’ve ever had+came beautifully dressed with everything I requested. Unbelievable coleslaw and french fries. Tea tasted brewed not fake. Food came out very fast. I will return‼️
The burger was good and reminded me of five guys. But the burger was bigger and tasty. I would recommend this place as Five Guys has become too expensive.
