Customer Reviews
Absolutely fantastic experience at Village Bakery! The food was outstanding—every bite was fresh, flavorful, and made with love. The service was warm, welcoming, and impressively efficient, making the whole visit feel extra special. Their selection of breads and bakery items is over the top in the best way—mouthwatering and impossible to choose just one! If you haven’t been, go! I highly recommend it to anyone who loves great food, great people, and a cozy, delicious atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!
Solid choice for anytime of day. Unique atmosphere (older “home” feel) with a small shop to purchase tchotchke items and also a bakery attached. The menu has some interesting items (and there are many options). Party tried the blackened steak salad and the pistachio crusted cod over quinoa. The salad was a very large portion and steak cooked to order. The cod dish was very tasty. Overall it was a good experience (service at the bar was decent; and Coke products are always a plus). Minimal parking in the front, more parking in the back with an entrance in the rear, as well.
When entering the dining room, it has a little like your grandma's house vibe, but don't be fooled, the food is delicious. The bruchetta was some of the best I have ever had. They have an extensive bakery, and all the baked products are made in-house. The service was wonderful. Did not get to eat any dessert, but the pastries looked tasty. Sandwiches looked good as well.
Our first time here! Great "out of the box" menu items I wish I would've tried! Definitely a place to come visit and come back too!
Justin was the best server we've had at this establishment, perfectly present without being overbearing. Our drinks were very good a nice balance of sweet and tart. The chef salad and German meatballs were perfection, so good I forgot to take a photo. The garlic chicken pizza was delicious as always. The desserts were only okay. The lemon cake was a bit dry and the frosting was a tad on the sweet side. The cannolis were good but the side not dipped in chocolate was soft not crunchy. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely be back, next time we'll just skip dessert.
