Customer Reviews
The location is perfect and we were hoping to make this Holiday Inn a regular part of our summer vacation. The rooms are nice and the staff friendly. However, a charging error caused my bank account to go in the red, the manager Brandon Tomlinson called me back once he heard of the issue then ghosted me and didn't make it right. A different staff member told me that many customers at this location experienced the same problem with being double charged so I will not go back and advise others to avoid this location, and Holiday Inn in general because it's a systemic issue. Here's what happened: As a single mom, I save what I can to take my kid on a summer vacation and manage our budget carefully. I pre-paid for our entire stay on purpose. When we arrived and checked in, I was told that my
Well the staff was excellent and the location on the river was fantastic. Beds were good and the restaurant was very nice.the immediate local area has plenty to offer for other restaurants and activities. We were here to play American Dunes. This hotel was a good compliment to that facility.
Maxx took exceptional care of us from the moment we checked in. He was highly attentive, provided outstanding customer service, and was an absolute pleasure to interact with. The hotel lobby has a welcoming and charming atmosphere, making for a great first impression. The location of this hotel is perfect, and the view from our room’s balcony overlooking the lake was breathtaking. The on-site restaurant offers the best wings we’ve ever had, paired with a stunning view of the sunset during dinner—truly an unforgettable experience. Additionally, every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and accommodating. While our stay was wonderful, we do have a couple of recommendations for improvement. The hot tub could use more frequent cleaning, as there was a noticeable buildup o
Older hotel property but well kept and clean. Good location. Plenty of food and activity options nearby. Decent breakfast buffet, which is worth it if you have kids. We stayed in February for a local hockey tournament. We would stay here again.
Stayed here for one night just passing through town on a work trip. The hotel itself is nice and was decently clean. Staff were nice but nothing over the top. Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because our shower/tub would not drain at all. And we could easily hear our neighbors. It’s not like they were being loud but we could hear the small things- like them turning on the shower or even flushing the toilet. Overall, not a bad place to stay but I wouldn’t recommend paying over $150 per night. At that price, it wouldn’t be worth it.
