Villa Olivetti

I almost don't want to write a review and keep this place a secret for just us. We decided to try a new place tonight. We were met with a very friendly staff. Had a table very fast as well. Our waiter/waiters were very prompt and super friendly. Plus there was a man who sang, at first I was like on no.. but no. He was good and we really enjoyed the music! We had some wine and then ordered. While we waited they brought out fried zucchini straws, bread and butter. My husband had the caprice, oso bucco with risotto and veggies, then a piece of Italian cheesecake, coffee and an amaretto. I had the baked clams, overstuffed lobster with lobster (of course) crab meat and shrimp in a lovely crean sauce, then the tiramisu, an espresso and a frangelico. From start to finish everything was suburb!

I had never tasted Grouper before yesterday. THIS DISH WAS AMAZING! Don’t get me wrong. All of their food is absolutely delicious. However this menu item is absolute gold. It was flaky and tender, and the taste was an explosion of lemon and butter, and it was just so good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👩‍🍳

My wife and I highly recommend Villa Olivetti. My wife and I lost our daughter last week and held a bereavement luncheon last Friday after the funeral at Villa Olivetti for approximately 70 who attended. Mauricio, Michael and Willy could not have been more accommodating to us and all of our guests. They went above and beyond to make this luncheon special. We will never forget how nice and easy they made it. The food and drinks were terrific and above expectations. Tonight, my wife and I returned for their Thursday lobster special (which was outstanding). Mauricio, Michael and Willy were all there to greet us and once again were very accommodating. They have an amazing restaurant with friendly customer service and a terrific menu for their customers to enjoy!

First time at this restaurant. The food was mediocre , with the exception of the calamari which was very good. The tuna was a bit lame with a lot of membranes running through it. I asked for a bottle of Tobasco sauce which was over 5 years expired. When the bill came there were all sorts of up charges (to the price fixed menu) from the list of specials that the waiter announced to the table when we arrived. He had failed to inform us of any price adjustments. When I raised this with him he was dismissive and told me that I should have asked. Clearly my fault. We found this to be very deceitful. There is absolutely no reason to dine here if you’re looking for a pleasant experience.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service here absolutely deserves one. The staff went above and beyond; they were genuinely friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. Our drinks were consistently refilled, and they checked in often to make sure we were happy without ever being intrusive. I tried the fried zucchini, sambuca, and stuffed mushrooms along with my main course and everything came out promptly and beautifully presented. You can really feel the care they put into making sure guests have a great experience. The restaurant has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere and a convenient location near the Smith Haven Mall, with plenty of parking available. It’s rare to find a place where the people behind it care this much about their customers. Highly recommend giving
