CLEAN, smells nice. Beds are comfy. Quiet. They have a grab & go breakfast at 7 am with muffins, yogurt, juice & coffee. The owners were pleasant. The parking lot is clean & newly paved. They had a pool & hot tub we didn’t use. A gazebo if you chose to sit outside and visit with others.

It was okay. It depends on what you are used to. The service was great and staff were very nice. They have a nice pool and furnish a lot of towels out by the pool. The pool is outside and open until 10:00 p.m. The breakfast is grab-n-go (muffins, yogurt, coffee, make your own toast) - that's about it. No lobby. Came with coffee maker, hair dryer, refrigerator/freezer (there is a place to get ice), A/C worked well, TV worked well. Our biggest issue is that it wasn't super clean.

Positive: Close to the ferry. Pleasant room. Congenial staff. Great sleep and shower. Nice to stay in a local hotel rather than a corporate chain. Negative: Carpet was a bit worn in our room.

It depends on what you are used to. If you are used to five-star lodging, you probably won’t like this place. Pros: hairdryer, micro, refridge, iron and board, coffee pot in room, clean but not 100 % perfect. Nice pool with many towels provided and open until 10:00. Very nice and attentive staff! A/C worked great with no clunking or weird noises. TV had a great picture. Cons: Small rooms, beds are not comfortable, breakfast is very simple and grab and go. No lobby to eat in. Basically toast, packaged muffins, yogurt, coffee. Some updates have been made but it’s dated. I would give it 3 stars.

Dried bodily stains on bed cover! Unsanitary and Unsafe. I always check for bed bugs - I did not find any but I found several spots of dried bodily fluid stains on the mattress cover. Nauseated. I went back to the front desk showing pictures and the lady informed me the owners have to take a look before they decide what they want to do. They didn’t have any more rooms lefts and I just wanted a refund to leave. I showed the two owners that were elderly and the Man didn’t see the problems. He kept trying to tell me the sheet covers it just fine. I told him that it is not right to just not remove it and wash it. I couldn’t believe the push back. Then I realized the stains are from other stays and they don’t care to change but put another cover over it. I left and didn’t stay as I don’t trust
