Ludington Beach House, Beachside

One of the best values we have ever had while traveling. Rooms were clean, updated, and spacious. We had a 1 bedroom suite and it worked well for us. Motel is directly across the road from skatepark and beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants downtown while also being on M116 heading out for fishing, golf, etc. This is family owned by folks that take great pride in their facility. It shows.

Had a great one night stay after traveling on the SS Badger. The room had plenty of space to spread out, was cute and very clean. Right across the street from a park and Lake Michigan. Lovely to here the waves lapping against the shore in the early morning. Would definitely stay again!

Across the road from the beach and the pier to the lighthouse. Very clean and nicely appointed with a nautical theme. Former motel has been lovingly upgraded. Sunsets on the beach are spectacular!

We stayed here at the end of September the night before going on the badger. The place was very quiet with few occupants. I would guess it's very busy in the summer. It's a great location right across the street from the beach. The room we stayed in was essentially a double room. It had two bathrooms. The place was clean and in great shape. It's an older motel but a great value. I highly recommend it.

Ludington Beach House Motel is a hidden gem! From the moment you check in, you feel like you’ve found the perfect getaway spot in Ludington. The location could not be better right across from Stearns Park, the lighthouse, Lake Michigan’s sandy beaches, and the SS Badger dock. You can literally walk everywhere: the beach, downtown shops, restaurants, and the beautiful waterfront. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully updated. The beds are cozy, the amenities are just right, and the attention to detail shows. What really makes this place special is the atmosphere it feels welcoming, peaceful, and personal. Staff was fantastic they went beyond for us. Can’t say enough good things about the front office. Highly recommend staying here you’ll want to come back year after yea
