Viet Pho You

Ate here on their soft-opening day. The pho was really great, maybe a little light on meat but they were pretty busy and had already run out of a few options, so makes sense to make it last a bit longer. The banh mi bread was a little too soft and dense, but the sandwich was still tasty regardless. Overall very happy to have a dedicated pho place in town, excited to come back!

Wait time could definitely use some work. Spring rolls were okay, they came for free today and were a nice touch. The server was nice. Nothing remarkable about the atmosphere. The restaurant has good potential and I’d love to come back on a less busy day, but there are some kinks that really need to be worked out.
