Group of 4 for dine-in around 1pm on a Tuesday. We were seated immediately. Waitress came, gave menus, and took our drink orders right away. Good selection of drinks and food. We all ordered a large Pho with everything. Took about 15minutes to get our food. 2 orders of egg rolls. The eggrolls were smaller than expected for the price but tasted good. Pho broth was hot and nice. Noodles were thinner and broke apart very quickly (could be a lot better). Was hard to use chopsticks, as the noodles were all braking apart but broth tasted good and chili oil was actually spicy which was very good. Viet Deli is everything we hoped it would be and can't wait to return to try something new. The restaurant itself was spacious and clean, with some good smooth jazz playing in the background. We were greeted kindly and got to choose our own seats. We ordered Crab Rangoons and Shrimp Rolls for apps and both were great. The rangoons met the hot and crispy expectation, and the filling was really, really tasty. It ain't no plain-jane rangoon. The shrimp rolls were super fresh, with crispy, crunchy lettuce and cold plump shrimp, dipped into a super-fab peanut sauce, which we saved the extra to dip other food into. I moved to Beverly Hills FL about a year ago (from tampa) and ive been trying to find a new Pho place to eat. So far ive been met with dry meat, and wrong noodles in a couple places near by... but I hadn't tried Viet Deli until today. And I am SO happy I did! I ordered carryout and had my husband pick it up for me. When he got home the broth was still piping hot and smelled wonderful! I was very surprised when I saw how much meat they gave me (I ordered the Beef Pho Combo. I asked for no tendon, meat balls, or tripe out of personal preference)! When I compare Viet Deli to the other pho places near by; they definitely are the best choice! The broth felt "homey" and seasoned beautifully. You can definitely tell there was love and dedication put into the pho. This will be my go-to pho place!

Food was delicious. I ordered the shrimp salad rolls and then the Lemon Grass Chicken with rice ( #18, and also my usual). The staff greeted me with a smile, the service was fantastic, and the food was great. This place is a definite win.

Absolutely amazing food! The flavors were fresh, authentic, and perfectly balanced. Our server was incredible — they went over the entire menu and explained everything to us since it was our first time trying Vietnamese cuisine. We really appreciated the time they took to make sure we understood the dishes and made great recommendations. Everything we ordered was delicious from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service made the experience even better. Definitely a must-try — we can’t wait to come back!
