A Wonderful First-Day Surprise! We stumbled across a brand-new New Mexican restaurant here in Inverness and happened to pull in right at 3:00 pm—only to learn they weren’t opening until 5:00 pm for their very first day. A little disappointed, we turned to leave… and that’s when the owner came out, smiled, and said, “Please come in—you’re our first customers!” From that moment on, we knew this place was going to be special. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful—warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and truly made us feel welcome. On a restaurant’s first day, you don’t always expect perfection—but the food was outstanding. We ordered the chicken enchilada, burrito, a chili dish, and a cheese enchilada. Absolutely amazing experience!!! We sat at the bar and had impeccable service from Kalen, Josh, & Hannah. There was a little bit of a wait but they gave us free beer, tequila shots, margarita samplers, AND chips & queso (amazing, all of it)! We were immediately greeted when we sat down at the bar and were brought chips and the freshest, yummiest salsa. I got the spicy marg and it was fantastic!!! HUGE portion and it was only $13! For dinner, we tried a handful of things and cannot recommend them all enough! The quesabirria was hands down our favorite. Big portion size for the price! We also got tacos, tamales, & enchiladas - all were very authentic, well made, and amazing flavor. Food came out pretty quickly after we ordered too which was great. The whole meal took maybe an hour and a half

What an Exceptional Evening! The food was delicious and as amazing as the drinks! Lindie Marie was such a great part of the experience, service with a great attitude and very knowledgeable about all of the menu! She was enjoyable and made us feel very welcome! I’m a high maintenance guest and she went above and beyond! Our night has been phenomenal. We will be coming back!’

Went there today as a soft opening. Avery are server was amazing. All the food was off the charts we loved everything only negative. It’s pretty expensive. Hopefully they’ll have some happy hours on the margarita prices besides that it was all worth it.

What a pretty place! Food, decor, and service was great. Robert (Robby) was a fantastic server. We arrived at 5pm and it was already filling up (get there early ). Music might be loud for some but it gave a fun atmosphere so it didn’t bother us at all. We will return 👍
