My family and I just had a horrible experience at this ice cream store. We came to try this place, and the guy who works there came from the back and was extremely rude to my mother when she did not like an item she picked from the menu. After spending over 26 dollars, he was disrespectful and acted as if she was wrong for not liking it. He also refused to replace it with something that suited her better. They use water to make the ice cream, so what is the big deal? You do not gain new business by refusing to accommodate new customers. It was a waste of time and money, and it honestly felt like the guy had a stigma against Black people. Never again.

Their ice cream is just okay. Their sorbets are more icy than smooth. We bought this blackberry smoothie (licuado). It had ZERO flavor. We told the girl working it wasn’t good and she said, “yes I know. You’re not the first person to say that. It’s just the way we make it.” :/ Don’t spend $8.50 on their tasteless “fruit” smoothies .

Awesome spot for Mexican sweets and snacks. We loved the crazy nachos and paletas. The cheesecake burrito was really good. Only spot I’ve seen that has agua frescas with boba. Felt a little drop in quality or may be because of location. We used to go to cary and we really liked that. Tried burrito which was really good. Mangonada felt like more raw. But overall a decent place to try and see if things change.

The ice cream was good. They have a wide range of flavors to choose from. I got strawberry, my roommate got banana (she didn't like hers as much). The music was super loud, and the ice cream was too pricey. Also the caramel tasted weird like it was old or something. But what I disliked most is that they didn't scrape/clean the tray after preparing each batch of ice cream rolls.
