Really enjoyed the brisket nachos- solid flavor everytime. The quesadillas are huge! We also ordered the guac this time (usually go for the chips & queso) and while it tasted fresh it was missing the heat factor I’m used to. Be aware- there are no open restrooms! Every dish was exceptional. The shrimp burrito is one of the best in town. So glad the owner branched out into Latin Cuisine, love the food truck! It's amazing such high-quality food is available in Knightdale, North Carolina. Go get some!

Check out that 💯 grade beside the smiling faces! Our Dessert Nachos were Chef’s Kiss Level! Seriously, you need to eat at PRIMOs NOW!

I ordered myself another lechon taco to go (to e
It is the best "taco truck" I've had. My wife had the Brisket Taco and it blew her mind.
