Victus Coffee - Glastonbury

Locally roasted coffee shop inside of a local Connecticut pizzeria. Good east coast pizzeria + a good coffee shop under one roof. Great concept, and the coffee was good. I just have one suggestion for the Victus team, if you’re reading: You have your pour over offerings listed on a large LCD screen. I tried to order a pour over and was told by the barista she “can’t do pour overs aver a certain time” (she didn’t give specific time when pourovers end), and said the reason is she is all alone. I get it! But… there was nobody else behind me. And… the place was empty at that time, aside from the a few people sitting for pizza. And… the customer ahead of me ordered a matcha, which takes about as long to make as a pour over. 🤔🤔 So my suggestion: after that ‘certain time’, just turn off the po

Love the new location. We ordered a mocha and cortado, they came out great! The baristas were very friendly and the service was fantastic.

Victus Coffee checks all the boxes! Delicious coffee, cute space and while we didn’t try the food it all looked amazing! Can’t wait to go back.

I don't think it would be fair to give this place less than 3 stars. The service was great and that was worth the extra star. The coffee itself wasn't particularly bad nor good. It was like someone walked into a Costco and grabbed a generic coffee franchise off the shelf and said "yup, good enough."
