Brown Butter Creations

I couldn’t be more impressed with Brown Butter Creations! This is my second custom cake from them and, once again, they absolutely nailed it. Both designs came out exactly how I envisioned, and the flavors were out of this world—especially the strawberry. Guests were going back for seconds (and thirds!) because they couldn’t get enough. Everyone was raving about how gorgeous and delicious these cakes were. On top of that, the staff was so friendly and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Thank you so much for your amazing work and attention to detail. I would recommend this bakery to anyone and everyone!

On the first Thursday of every month, I bring treats to my office from a local bakery. This month I found Brown Butter Creations in Glastonbury and ordered a dozen cupcakes and a dozen cookie bars. The office raved about them! I tried the s’mores cookie bar and it was absolutely dreamy — more like a cross between a cookie, pie, and cheesecake with delicious marshmallow and chocolate. Ordering was easy and the treats were outstanding. I highly recommend this bakery.

Ordered my wedding cake from Brown Butter Creations and WOW- they did an incredible job. We had gotten a tres leches cake for a family members birthday prior and were so impressed with it that when it was time for wedding planning I knew I had to go with them. For the wedding we opted to add fresh strawberries per their recommendation and it was a delicious touch. All the guests raved about how good the cake was. My mom did the main interfacing with the staff and shared how friendly and lovely they all were. Was so happy with the cakes for my wedding and can not recommend them highly enough!

Marika at Brown Butter Creations is an absolute artist! She created the perfect book-inspired cake for a baby shower, and it was as stunning as it was delicious. She truly brought my vision to life, exceeding all expectations. Every detail was flawless, and the cake was the centerpiece of the celebration. Marika always nails it, and this cake was no exception. I highly recommend her for any special occasion—her talent and creativity are unmatched!

Stopped in after noticing the sign and decided to try something new. I’m really glad I did. I ended up ordering almost one of everything and honestly, wow. Every single thing was amazing. Super fresh, great flavor, and you can tell it’s made with care. I truly have nothing but positive things to say. Definitely recommend checking them out.
