From the moment we walked into Vette Dining (at Calabria) in Livingston, we were warmly greeted like old friends. Everything we tried was excellent — perfectly al dente pasta, a fresh and aromatic seafood salad, and a great glass of wine. Dessert was a tableside tiramisu and gelato, both very good. I truly believe that this is one of the best Italian dining experiences in New Jersey…we went for the Feast of the 7 Fishes on Christmas Eve. It was truly memorable experience. The fish was incredibly fresh and well prepared. Service was impeccable and incredibly professional.
