Food is spectacular and staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations! The encocado de pescado blew our minds. Fish was incredibly tender and flavour is amazing. Atmosphere is great too

I personally really enjoyed the food. It’s a little pocket restaurant, but has the best traditional Ecuadorian food I’ve had. My parents ordered the encebollado and the taste was immaculate. The fish was perfect, the consistency was very smooth, and it had the best flavor in general. While, I had the lomito saltado. Which consisted of rice, an egg, fries, and the saltado. I really did enjoy this dish as the meat was perfectly cooked with the peppers and onions. Also, the staff was welcoming and made sure everything was alright. The wait time was not long and everything came out steaming. The prices were very good also. If you’re on an empty stomach and have $20 to spend, then you’re in luck. My favorite encebollado in NJ , when is a rain day this encebollado soup 🍲 is obligatory. Highly recommend

Food is fresh and delicious. Not expensive either. Worth the try!

Was told this was the place to go for encebollado in Union City. Very much so. The Bolon de queso was not dry or greasy. Excellent!. Only downside is they put a lot of onios on the bistec but more as an aesthetic, as it was all eaten.
