Pabade Bakery NJ

We’ve been Pabade customers for 3 years now. Every birthday treat for our home and for our friends birthdays is from Pabade. The food is just decadent and delicious, every single time. Our favourite cake is their chocolate ganache cake. That’s not the highlight though. The biggest reason we love this business is how the owners are all in. Every custom order (cupcakes, specially designed cake, you name it) has been taken care of with love and attention. So hard to find soulful businesses like that and so happy to be their customers. Thank you Pabade team!!

This is one of the best places in Union city. We come here often and they know our order now. I always have such a pleasant experience when I’m there. They are always friendly and their food is delicious. Highly recommend.

I recently discovered Pabade Union City and am just blown away by their food and costumer service. I’ve had their Smoked Salmon and Caprese on Croissants, Caramel Macchiato and alfajores, multiple times. Their flavors are so well balanced and taste fresh. This has become my go-to place for breakfast and lunch. They are always playing great Spanish music, so waiting for my order is always a delight. Great job!

This local bakery is a true neighborhood gem. From the moment you walk in, the smell of fresh, delicious pastries instantly transports you to a Parisian holiday. The coffee is excellent, and the owner and staff are genuinely the friendliest you’ll meet — always welcoming and connecting the community. Their breakfast and lunch sandwiches are perfect for busy days, and the fact that they come with a signature sweet treat is such a lovely touch. Every visit feels special, and it’s impossible to leave without a smile. Highly recommend!

The place is where locals go to. It’s really great. The pastry is fresh and tasty. We particularly loved the cheese danish with almonds. Oh and the freshly baked banana bread is insane! What’s more memorable was the service. They are friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. You feel they value your business no matter how much or little you are ordering. Highly recommend this place if you happen to be in the area. Seating is limited. We ended up doing take out. So be aware if you plan to have a sit down breakfast.
