Vegan Vatoz Casa De’ Tacos

Their spot is in downtown Riverside inside a paid parking lot M-F but free on weekends. They’re located near the Mission Inn. Their portions are filling and the street tacos are well put together with lime & salsa on the side. I tried their tacos with asada which had a good firm texture - meaning that they weren’t falling apart on my hands after I put lime and salsa on them. I also tried that taco salad which was on a small bed of romaine and spinach but the beans and soy meats were plenty and filling. They top it with some sour cream and guac on the side. Most people eat in their cars or take it to go because it’s a food truck but they have a couple of park style benches for people to sit there. Great Mexican vegan food to enjoy anytime. Eat more plants. 🌱

10/10 experience. The service was good; actually better than anticipated. I ordered the burrito, and it was MASSIVE! It took me all day to finish. I started eating it that morning and finished it on the second part of my trip back to NJ.

I just came here for dinner after discovering that there's more vegan options in downtown Riverside. Absolutely delicious. The prices are reasonable, and the food is very flavorful. Hidden gem. Highly recommend this place. I will be back for lunch.

If you’re looking for top-tier vegan food in the IE, Veganvato in Riverside, is it. This all-vegan food truck is hands down one of the best in the area for vegan tacos and burritos. I had the soyrizo taco and the BBQ jackfruit taco, and both were incredibly flavorful and satisfying. I also loved that they use two tortillas, so the tacos don’t fall apart; such a small detail that makes a big difference. My partner ordered the al pastor burrito, and he absolutely loved it. But the real star of the show was the chile de árbol salsa, easily the best we’ve had. Highly recommend Veganvato if you’re in the Riverside/IE area and craving amazing vegan food!

I ate about 10 to 15 times at the Riverside location. The food is good no complaints about it but I think that they can do better with the menu lately they reduce the portions for example the tacos are served on the smallest tortilla size charging $4 each taco then I order a burrito which it was super dry I asked for salsa which any other restaurant will throw complimentary salsa on the side and when I asked they want to charge $1 for salsa considering that I give them a tip or $4.25 for an order that cost $30 and charging extra for salsa, I think that speaks poorly of the service. I understand that nothing is cheap these days and $1 for most of the people is nothing but it's not about the money it's about the service I think this is the last time I eat here, I drive 15 miles each way to g
