Vault toilets

The northern campground at Marble Beach State Rec area is secluded and wasn’t very populated when we were there in June, but it is accessible to the main campground via a dirt path along the shoreline that is near the entrance to the campsites. The trees along the highway so a good job of buffering the sites but the car traffic is still noisy at night. The vault toilet is more than primitive for the ladies and could really use an upgrade but again the nicer restrooms at the southern campsite aren’t too far to walk or bike the path when it’s still light out. The beaches are a little rocky but decent for swimming/floating if it’s not too windy.
