Vashon Inn

This place is such a cute little place, located so close to downtown. It was perfect for a weekend getaway - the porch is a lovely place to sit back and read. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider if we’re traveling back to Vashon island!

I was really looking forward to staying here based on the reviews and the price for the night stay ($419). Unfortunately, our stay was less than stellar. First, when we arrived a little after check-in time we had to walk all around to find the owner of the inn. We had called and walked around the property till the owner came to see what we needed. Next, our suite was not ready and still had people’s stuff inside the suite (mind that check out is at 11AM). So the owner told us we would have to wait so it could be cleaned, thankfully we had dinner plans before but I was notified that our room was ready at 5:25PM. The suite itself was spacious but it felt like the space was cleaned in a hurry. The comforter on the bed had a stain and the slats under bed were loose so the mattress sunk into

Great location, easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Just off the main highway yet a quiet place to stay. Spacious, clean, one bedroom, living room, fully stocked kitchen should you want to cook, with microwave, standard range, all the pots and pans. And a Keurig when the you need a caffeine/decaf hit. After driving all over for the Open Studio Tour with a friend it was a nice place to retreat to.

Don & Susie welcomed us graciously and recommended a good place within walking distance to eat. The rooms were immaculate, and we slept well in the comfortable bed.

The rooms are great! Very cozy and close to everything you need to do on Vashon. The owners are such kind people and will make you feel right at home! 100/10!
