Vargas Mexican Food

My favorite place to eat during the week! The food always tastes homemade and full of flavor, and the family that runs it is super friendly and welcomes anyone and everyone! Over my visits, I've tried almost everything from fully loaded tacos to dinner plates, cheesy quesabirrias, tortas, tamales, and burritos (they don't skimp on fillings!). The posole and menudo are another standout, packed with flavor and perfect to keep warm during the colder months coming up. Even when I order through Doordash to Vero Beach, the food arrives fresh! The plates and tacos still taste amazing at home. Every dish is delicious and I would encourage everyone to find their favorites! And if you're not sure what to get just ask the staff. The foood was so bomb! We were visiting and stopped by our local bait shop and asked if there recommendations for some good food and this popped up super popular already. Small mom and pop has dine in options. Great lunch spot make sure you check days and hours. They are not open everyday all day. Prices are super affordable. Food options are amazing. We got two orders of the 3 Tacos. I got the fajitas and omg seasonin marinade everything was so fresh and good the sauces were bomb we will be back.!

My son and I had the quesabirria tacos, and they were fantastic! If you're familiar with this style of Mexican food, you know it can get messy—but in the best way possible. Both my son and I had them and would order them again without hesitation. We’re excited to return and explore more of the menu. The restaurant offers decent seating for its small size, though keep in mind they have very limited hours, serving primarily breakfast and lunch. I can’t wait to try their breakfast next time! One great sign? I saw plenty of locals grabbing takeout, including law enforcement and work crews. When the locals frequent a spot, you know the food is good! If you're expecting full-service, fancy dining, this isn’t the place. The atmosphere is simple—nothing flashy—but that’s exactly what I’d expect

Best breakfast burritos I've found in this area! Definitely my go-to stop every morning after work. Can't wait to explore the rest of their menu too. Been looking for a good Mexican joint since moving here from TX.
