Vang Go Bistro

I cannot say enough great things about Vang Go. I was floored at how amazing the food was tonight. We were looking at the menu and trying to pick from all the varied dishes and appetizers when we noticed at the bottom there was something called " the experiment ". It's basically a two-person omakase. Most of what we were served wasn't even on the menu. It was stunningly good. There was so much food and everything was well balanced and not too spicy but spicy enough and absolutely delicious. Check out the pictures, it's as good as it looks. We're definitely going back. TBH we talked about going tomorrow night it was do good. Fantastic food, great cocktails, nice staff; it's damn near perfect.

An incredible experience at Vang Go Asian Fusion. I’m still thinking about it. We ordered The Experiment and were treated to six amazing, chef-designed dishes—each one creative, flavorful, and beautifully executed. A truly unique and memorable dining experience. Highly recommend!

A quick drive to Ghent brought us the delicacies of the quaint, eclectic restaurant of Vang Go. Our waiter Tim, was our trusted guide through a menu filled with delicious options. Amongst the delicious treats that were uncovered were the peanut noodles, crunchy Vang roll and tacos, then finished with churros. Honestly couldn’t recommend this restaurant more, thank you everyone at Vang Go!

Food visually looks really good, but has no taste. The chili oil is not fragrant nor is it spicy. The kimchi was not fermented for long and didn't have any kick to it. It was almost like eating raw cabbage. Everything just tasted very watered down and lacked any real Asian flavoring or salt and pepper for the matter of fact. I only liked my mocktail and the meat toppings. Those actually tasted like something. Pretty disappointed. This is an establishment that caters to non Asian people's taste buds. All the other customers looked like they had never tried Asian food before so that should have been a sign this was not the place for good Asian fusion.

Amazing food, perfect service and nice atmosphere. Vang Go Bistro has a vibe. I’ve had the kimchi fried rice with chicken several times, and the portions are so large I always end up bringing some home. If you’ve never had a Vang roll, stop what you’re doing and get in your car and go get some. Once you’ve tasted them you’ll crave them! Amazing blends of flavors and they have something for everyone. Love this place!!
