Called to see if they would check the states immunization record website (IMPACT) to see if I needed to schedule my kids an appointment for 7th grade shots. Jody was too lazy to take their names. She strictly snotly said " well yes they need them. They are 7th grade shots" lo behold called another county who willing looked into it..... they already had said vaccines

Incompetent and unprofessional staff. I was billed for a vaccination charge that was covered by insurance. After 5 phone calls and 2 visits to the office, it was finally figured out by their staff that it was actually covered. An employee had even called and confirmed this with me. I have just received a bill in the mail for this same service. Laughingstock of a facility.

Thankful for our local health department and all they do to keep our community safe and healthy. Our family has benefitted from their services-- everything from vaccines, to Covid19 updates throughout the pandemic, to quickly and easily obtaining birth or death certificates.
