BIGGBY COFFEE

Its a 40\60 chance your drink will be good. I order the same thing every time (matcha) and fell like more often its awful. The foam is out of control too, by the time I get home from the drive thru I have like half a drink..that I have to try and fix at hone and it feels like I end up with less and less every time. Im really over trying this place in hopes it wont take 25 minutes in the drive thru just for my drink to taste like dirt and to be half full. Im sad about it too, they were great at the beginning, im not sure what happened to them.

The coffee is always decent but the last couple of times I have been there a specific barista, a younger blonde girl, has been nothing but rude and insufferable. She quite very loudly let's it be known how much she doesn't want to be there and today to a drive thru customer she stated very sarcastically how much "she loved the people of van wert" her working there and acting like that was enough for me to consider going elsewhere next time. Please consider getting staff that actually wants to be there or your business is going to fail.

I’ve been coming here for over a year at least once a week without fail and always ordering the same drinks for myself and my significant other. But today was the last straw. They didn’t bother to put the flavoring syrup in my partner’s coffee, even though I made it very clear when ordering through the app and double checking with my partner to ensure the accuracy. Mine didn’t come with the milk or extras I specifically asked for. To make matters worse, I decided to try the new seasonal item for something different and not only did they mess that up, they completely screwed up both drinks. We had to come home and literally fix everything ourselves just to make them drinkable. That’s ridiculous why should I pay full price only to redo the order in my own kitchen? Sometimes it takes me a minute or two to decide what I want to eat and I'm really happy that the person at the window was so patient with me. The maple waffle breakfast sandwiches are fantastic! I also got a sugar-free blackberry vanilla iced latte... yum!!! Makes me wonder why I don't stop there more often.

My first time there today. I heard great things about it. So I bought a hot butterscotch caramel coffee, Everything bagel with bacon and cheese and egg. Yummy. They even put it in foil so it stays hot. 😀 Yummy. Recommend ⭐⭐⭐
