Uzbek Plov & Kebab

Absolutely simple and delicious. Spices are prominent and well incorporated. I can definately understand why the Plov is the national dish. The flavorful plov lamb shank was tender. The kebabs were fired well and smokey if not a little well done. The complimentary tea was delicious.

We discovered this cafe on Google Maps and decided to give it a try. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm and cheerful hospitality. The food was exceptional – the meat was tender and flavorful, the bread was freshly baked, and the salads were delicious. The flavors were truly fantastic, and it's clear that the owners, who hail from Afghanistan with Uzbek roots, have a passion for sharing their culture through their cuisine. Keep up the great work, we're looking forward to coming back!

One of the best Afghan restaurants I’ve been to. The food was absolutely delicious and authentic. The owner is very friendly and respectful, which made the experience even better. If you love Afghan food, this place is a must-try.

A true hidden gem. Their Uzbek plov is different than traditional Uzbek plov but it is SO GOOD (and this is coming from picky Uzbek eater). Friendly service, amazing halal food and they give you complimentary tea too! Keep up the good work

I ordered pilaf and shish kebab online. It was very delicious, it felt like I was eating at home. Every time I'm passing through Seattle, I'll come back again. The pilaf is incredibly tasty, prepared by a true world champion in pilaf making. Thank you so much!!!!!!
