Uskana Pizza

Might be some of the best pizza I’ve had. Really great dough sauce cheese and bake! I don’t know how they do it but the undercarriage is perfectly charred yet light and fluff on top leading to the best bend and texture I’ve ever had! This is why people LOVE pizza! Great variety of toppings, really good value, and great draft beer in frosty mugs! Beats a lot of high price pies in big cities. Really lucky to have a gem like this in the area!

The service was absolutely amazing. Great friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious. We ordered two pizzas and garlic knots as well as a skillet cookie. Everything came out in a very timely manner. The waitress kept our drinks full and they kept checking to see if we needed anything. We were given a box for leftovers. It was a wonderful experience with extremely tasty food.

“Calamari” for people who think soy-based “imitation crab” is actual food. So rubbery that it’s useful not as nutrition, only as a Jawzercise replacement. Inedible. Pizza tasted like reheated Gambino’s. I’d rather have just had cold Gambino’s. Somehow both soggy and well-done. Tasted more like the memory of college bar pizza than an actual pizza. There was a young child who insisted on helping the bartender roll silverware in between bouts of licking his disgusting fingers and wiping his runny nose: grimy little hands all over the forks and knives. At least his parents could ignore him better while he was playing “restaurant.” The bartender thought it was cute. I’ve had pizza all over the country and I was shocked to find the best I’ve had in Carthage MO. Crispy, airy crust and fantastic sauce. I could have used a little more Basil and Mozzarella but, I digress. Amazing place we found on a whim and now drive the hour just to get it. 😮‍💨😮‍💨👌👌

Amazing place. We had the garlic knots, fried mushrooms, and a large supreme pizza. Best place for pizza so far I'm Carthage.
