This is the cutest coffee house! It serves Onyx Coffee and the baristas are friendly and always make the best drinks!

First time here and was quite impressed with the coffee, the recommendations by the barista, the merchandise (coffee, t-shirts, etc). We will definitely come back if we ever return to Carthage.

My company utilized this shop for our quarterly meeting. The owner was SO kind. Brought our drinks to us throughout our meeting, offered her assistance regularly and checked in to ensure all was well. If you are seeking a small space to gather / meet … I’d look into this place!

Very cute coffeehouse with plenty of seating, an area to add sugar and adjust your drink independently (unlike a big chain) I would just suggest maybe some half and half there to make additional adds to the coffee as well as Splenda as Stevia is the only substitute there. Staff was super nice and accommodated my need for another splash of milk. The pie was the absolutely a happy dance for me. We got blackberry and Strawberry rhubarb. I've never had that amazing of a crust. Crisp, sugar sprinkled, just Devine ❤️. I'm a crust junkie. I think the blackberry had too few berries and quite a bit of a custard but it was still a nice add. The Strawberry rhubarb was the home run. I haven't had it in so long since it's a regional thing and not many really know about it. It was so flavorful!!! 😍. Tha

Excellent service. The Chai Tea was hot and very tasty. I enjoyed the Pumpkin Muffin , they even warmed it up for me. Would definitely recommend this place .
