Urban Greek Kitchen

We really enjoyed our first visit to Urban Greek Kitchen Today! Super clean, esthetically beautiful place. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Mr. George greeted us right away and welcomed my kids and I to the neighborhood ❤️ Small touches of Greece all over... Greek wines, olive oils, hummus, yogurt, greek sodas and spices and a wide range of Greek choices. Ordered out this time but we will definitely be back to eat in person. Their fries are EXCELLENT!!! A must try. The falafel wrap was very yummy (a little soggy if you take it home - but very good), baklava was sooooo good and nice and soft. Grape leaves - so good! My son tried their Spicy olive oil to take home - imported from Greece, and loves it. We will definitely be back - must try their salads🙂 🇬🇷💙🤍🇬🇷

Always delicious, tastes super fresh (because it is) and I don’t feel gross after having eaten it like a lot of other restaurants. My husband and I love it here.

I truly love their salads! I like to build my salad and all of the add-ons are flavored well. The proteins are not overcooked and everything is fresh! I don't like (no, I hate) hummus, but I tried theirs and its super delicious! The staff is nice and patient. The atmosphere is pretty quiet and it's always clean in there.

Loved the spinach pie that was recommended by the staff. Veg bowl, yogurt dill sauce, falafel were good too.

What a great concept! ❤️ Greek Food like Chipotle Fast Casual. Stopped in today for a late lunch and place was empty but it was Spotless Clean! At first I thought they were closed. I went approached the counter and ordered a Gyro. Original style. She prepared in front of me. If I have one complaint it was the gyro meat not being fresh carved. She scooped plenty of meat from a bin that was pre cut but when I eat the sandwich it was dry. Super dry. Never had a gyro not cut from spinning wheel. The flavor was there but the meat was dry. Everything else in the gyro was fresh and flavorful. Tasted the lemon in sauce. If this was closer to Waterbury area I could see myself coming at least once a week.
