Best Pizza in the Springs - Maybe all of Colorado! We’ve lived all around Colorado for 15 years and good pizza has alluded us until now. This is legit New York style pizza and is excellent in every way - from the sauce, the crust, and the cheese, to super high quality ingredients. From plain cheese to their incredible mushrooms - to the way they slice the veggie toppings thin so they cook perfectly- everything is amazing! The sausage and pepperoni are also fantastic. We recently tried the Vodka pie which is outrageous- the sauces, buttery herb crust and bits of basil are so good it should be outlawed. Upstate Pizzeria is the closest thing I’ve found to home in 14 years, and I don’t say that lightly. One bite in and I was instantly transported back to Upstate New York—so much so that I literally had to FaceTime my mother and tell her I finally found real PIZZER again. The quality is unreal: the crust, the sauce, the balance… it’s all done right, no shortcuts, no gimmicks. Hands down the BEST NY style pizza in Colorado Springs. Every bite tastes like home. I’ve been on a mission to find truly good pizza and wings out here, and this spot absolutely nailed it. We ordered their XXL pizza and buffalo wings for our Super Bowl party and everyone kept asking where it was from. The wings were perfect and the pizza was huge, fresh, and full of flavor. I even made a special request for my pizza loving fiancé and they went above and beyond to make it happen. They’re authentic and originally from Syracuse, NY, and you can definitely taste the difference. This is officially our go to pizza place now. We’ll 100% be back!

Decided to stop in with my girlfriend as this has been a place on our list for pizza to try. The pizza and service did not disappoint! Moose was attentive and super friendly, had us laughing. The overall experience was excellent. However the dine-in side of it could use some help if you are looking for an upstate feel. Reminiscent of a high school cafeteria kitchen with better art and a semi clubhouse feel. But don’t be mistaken. Everything about this place is exactly what you want if you dig NY style pizza. Very unique flavors and seasoning. The onions on the bbq chicken bacon pizza were so rustic and subtle but I found myself eating the onions off like chips. 9.5/10 you won’t regret it.

This place is so good! Great staff and great food! Got my slice of pizza, some hot wings, and garlic knots… Soooo good! Definitely coming back for more. *pro tip Hot wings dipped in the garlic knot sauce
