Dropped by about an hour before close, the gentleman running the operation was very friendly and welcoming. He got us served incredibly fast, and the food is excellent (the pork and brisket are falling apart they’re so soft)! Definitely going to return again!

I am a very very picky person, but this food truck is EVERYTHING to me!! When they first started parking at Peterson and Palmer Park Rd. I tried it and got a tad bit carried away with eating at the truck lol. The meat just melts in your mouth, the beans are cooked to perfection, the ribs fall right off the bone before you can fully pick them up and the Cole slaw is the best Cole slaw I’ve ever had in my entire life. On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 50. You can definitely taste the love in the food. The best part is that the left overs taste even better the next day!!

Amazing quality and home made food. He let me sample every meat because I hadn't been there before and let me try the coleslaw and pico as well. Such great customer service! The coleslaw was so good even though im not a big fan usually, he offered to throw it on one of my tacos and it was so delicious and made it sweat and savory. The price was great compared to other food trucks and I will definitely go back to try some more of their food.👍 home made red suace as well and that pico was the best I have probably ever had. Definitely recommend going to this place if you have the time.

The owner let me sample his best, and it was incredible. I can tell this is a passion for him, and he does very well at it. I ordered the brisket sandwich, and loved how the flavors meshed with the coleslaw and sauce. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants good BBQ.

Had Tex’s Kitchen cater their food truck at my apartment complex for the Super Bowl. I was so indecisive whether to do a half rack or a full rack of ribs, they were nice enough to give us a sample and it was SO GOOD, so ofcs I had to get the full rack. The ribs were so Smokey, tender and charred very well, it was paired with what I assume to be homemade BBQ sauce and it brought the flavors together. I actually regret not getting the sides… but that means I have to come back for more :)!
