Upstate was outstanding in customer service and installation! Very responsive and great to work with. They were well recommended by a few hood manufacturers that I spoke with. Was told they were the best in the Carolinas and I can confirm that they are. My hoods look amazing! Even our city inspector was highly impressed with their workmanship and installation. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for commercial hood services.
Absolutely fantastic customer service!! My hood went down right as we were getting ready for the dinner rush. Called the company at 4:50pm and they cheerfully said they would be on the way. 40 minutes later I was back up and running!! Will 100% be using this amazing family owned company from now on!!
