The delivery is terrible and customer service is the worst. They have just not plain not delivered packages. The website has the excuse of an emergency or severe weather conditions when it hasn't snowed recently. I got an email notice that my package was almost there. It said I could track it by clicking on a link. The link said tracking not available. It also said that it would arrive between 4:30 and 6:30. So I went outside to the corner of the main street near my house and waited. The UPS truck never showed and when I went inside the tracking said delayed due to severe weather. I will no longer order anything that uses UPS to deliver.

I have no idea how UPS has lasted this long with such poor customer service. It's like navigating a minefield just to try to get a person on the phone. None of the automated options apply to any situation I think anyone has ever been in. Get your act together or get out of the game.

Over the last 2 months I’ve had 3 package get lost at this UPS location. Their claims department is no help either, and does not pay the value of the items lost. Pathetic excuse for a delivery service! All my future shipments will be done through FedEx now after all this disappointment.

Well the driver left my package by the road because my dog was barking. I was at the door before he got out of his vehicle. I questioned why he was leaving it by the street and he said I am not going to deal with your dog. I was calling my dog in the house. A gentleman called me after my making a complaint and told me that the driver said my dog was aggressive to him in the past 🤦🏾‍♀️. He was just as rude as the driver when I asked to speak to a manger he refused. Worst customer service. I could understand if I was not outside. Please do not judge my dog because of his breed. Shrewsbury MA distribution center is the worst!!

Driver "could not find address" on my delivery, though address was correct. Now days late and waiting for them to fix it, without success. Want an "address fix". How do you fix an address that is correct, only the idiot driver can't find. The "fix" is fire that guy and get a UPS driver that can get the job done!
