Shrewsbury Public Library

So lucky to have this wonderful library! They have a great kids room that hosts so many different activities. We love coming here weekly for new books. There is always some activities or events happening here for all ages. The museum pass program is great too.

This is hands-down the best library in the entire Worcester area. The setup is beautiful, especially the children’s area and the little outdoor backyard space. The baby classes are incredible — I’ve been coming here for years with my son to Miss Roxanne’s class, and she truly offers the most amazing baby and toddler program. Now we’re attending Miss Carlina’s baby class and we love it just as much. There’s always a great turnout, and my baby has the best time. The staff in the children’s room are genuinely some of the friendliest people. Every time you walk in, they greet you with a smile and a warm “Welcome to the library!” It feels so inviting and supportive. I’ve visited many libraries in the area, and Shrewsbury Public Library is by far the most welcoming and nicest place for families

The BEST library! It is easy to get books from their extensive collection and books available from the MARS network. Checking out is a breeze. They have a great selection of speakers and activities. There is plenty of parking on their lot.

I discovered this library few years after driving by going to Northborough and have been coming here ever since. I usually come Before work to write my notes and After to write my notes. Even during my leisure hours, I love coming to this library with my laptop or iPad to get things done. The staff are VERY VERY humble , helpful, and dedicated to the attendees. It’s very CLEAN, and they have plenty parking. I really love this place

I have enjoyed this library over the years; great stock of books, movies, and magazines, and the change they've made to the library is awesome; although, I miss the old one, downstairs with the wooden cubicles; you could sit there and disappear into your world. Stay safe everyone. We drove by there today and viewed some families in the lot, entering or dropping off due books or such. I did wonder since I knew they were to be closed today and tomorrow; what a life while the rest of us must get on getting there. We had to have our tires rotated today, and we did chores nearby as well. Again, stay safe.
