UPS

Paid for overnight shipping, package got delayed and stuck there. Called customer service and offered to go pick it up cause I needed it that day. Was told I couldn’t and I had to wait for it to be delivered the next day. You used to be able to go there and I have multiple times in the past to pick up packages that never made it out for delivery.

Were less than 10 minutes from my house and decided not to deliver. Unacceptable. This package is now going to be 5 days late. Apparently even though they deliver on Saturdays they aren't even going to make an attempt. Absolutely pathetic customer service.

My package was delivered to the wrong address. UPS is absolutely no help in correcting a mistake. You can’t call the local distribution center. I couldn’t even file a claim online, I had to go through the company I purchased the item from. Their AI chat bot is worse than useless. I paid.$20 shipping charge for bad service and when they screw up, it becomes your problem. The drivers make $49 an hour. The service isn’t worth two cents.
