Tried to put in a citizens request on the website but it isn't working so, maybe you'll read this? I don't know how much more damage to my vehicle I can pay for because of the MANY potholes in UC, mostly on Pat Booker. Y'all have closed plenty of mom and pop businesses in the name of 'code violations', and replaced them with mediocre corporate chain businesses, so there is obviously enough revenue coming in to UC to address this issue. This place has really gone downhill these past 10 years. Please fix the roads. 😐

Universal City Public Works has been a great help to Park Olympia HOA... we have had problems with our sprinkler system and have been in process of getting our sprinkler main repaired. UC Public works has responded in a very timely manner in assisting with having our water turned off until leak was fixed. Then turning water back on after repairs... I appreciate the technicians and the staff in the office for their help! Thank you so much!

Calling about pot holes. Brandon never returned my call when I called January 29. Called February 20 and never returned my call. What a bunch of lazy people working there. The receptionist just doesn't let you finish your conversation.

Easy going place. It took about 10 minutes to set up my water.
