We had an appointment scheduled here this Saturday and the office looks abandoned. We got here early and waited for an hour until appointment time watching others walk up to the door looking just as confused. After calling the numbers provided for Identogo and the Notaries we received absolutely no help. The numbers are useless and you can not get a hold of anyone even though they are supposedly open 10-4 on Saturdays. Sitting there waiting we started looking through the reviews and can see that not only are they unprofessional and unreliable answering phones for clarification on anything but they are completely disrespectful to their customers.
