Went in to return a couple items I bought off eBay (was my first time ever doing so) about one and a half hours from closing, snow pouring down. Guy manning the counter was very helpful and incredibly chill.

The workers are very professional. They always have a minute to talk to you about your package. And help you address and label it correctly.

Great service when it comes to postal needs. Able to get large items with our PO Box. Parking is convenient to get in and out quickly.

I don't usually use this office, however, an Amazon package was shipped through there, the package never arrived, although their own system said they had the item, they were not helpful at all, more worried about placing blame than trying to find the package, they scan full containers without checking to make sure all the packages are in it, this was a 2 week ordeal. Just ridiculous.
